Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 g
Dry chillies - 10-15
Tomato - one and half tomato
Onion - 2 small
Green chillies - 2
Garlic - 7-8 (mine was relative bigger in size so add more if they are tini tiny)
Turmeric - 1tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves
Method:
- Boil the mutton with tomato, onion, garlic, turmeric, green chilies in cooker for 1 whistle. The mutton I had was tender so just a whistle was good enough.
Add finely chopped onions and fry it till golden brown.
Now add the finely chopped tomatoes.
After the tomatoes have got cooked well add the chilies powder, coriander powder and salt.
Add the cooked mutton and fry till add the water is gone.
